Arguel Lee Turnbough was born to J. Howard Turnbough and A. Josephine (--?--) Turnbough. He married Florence Eleanor Olson with whom he had two daughters.²

Florence Eleanor (Olson) Turnbough was born in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, US to Julius E. Olson and Eldora (Cowles) Olson.

Eleanor immigrated to the Sturgeon Valley area in 1913 when her family moved from Spokane, Washington.  Attending Prince Albert Collegiate and Saskatoon Teacher's College, she instructed in one room schools before and after her marriage to Arguel Lee Turnbough² with whom she had two daughters.³
